We here at Green Spade Oil Co. have a passion for eating healthy and doing basic exercise, because we know it's good for us. As we start out our company, we wanted to share with you those exercises you might not have heard of before, that may be beneficial to you.
Luisa is from Taiwan, and in her hometown so learned the secrets of Tai Chi from masters of the practice. She shares her knowledge with you. This first exercise is meant to be done once a day, at least an hour after a meal. It's good to do in the morning to open the chi circulation or right before bed to help you relax.
