Green Spade Oil Co. introduces Body Engine Oil, external body oil for your hair and skin, as well as ingestible fatty acid supplement, for your internal body's engine.  Body Engine Oil is a blend of 20 certified organic oils, containing the most potent and natural fatty acids available, from raw plants, nuts and seeds.  It contains no preservatives or processed ingredients, nor is it tested on animals.

INTERNAL USE

One Teaspoon a day is all most people need.  One teaspoon is only 40 calories, so it's not going to bust your waistline.

There are 90 teaspoons in a 16 ounce bottle of Body Engine Oil, so if you're using it only for ingesting a full bottle will last you three months.  This will give you plenty of time to feel the benefits of the oil.

Body Engine Oil can be ingested by most people with blended, dry or oily skin.  Please see our downloadable User's Manual right above the ingredient list below for more information, and please watch our videos.  We call it The Inner Conditioner, because it is meant to act from beneath your skin and may help soothe and condition skin and hair from the inside.  Brittle and weak fingernails may also benefit from longer term use.  The recommended daily serving is one tablespoon, but many people may need only a teaspoon. * 

Take Body Engine Oil with a meal, alone or in a cold, healthy beverage.  Heat may harm the fatty acids; do not place in hot liquid.  Consider Green Spade Body Engine Oil to be an internal fatty acid balancer, and it takes some time for your body to adjust to it.   Some people begin to feel the effects after a few weeks; some take longer.  Fingernails take longer to notice effects due to how long they take to grow out. * 

EXTERNAL USE

Topically, Body Engine Oil works well for most skin types.  Apply directly for use on the skin, scalp and hair.  Use as an oil cleanser, after-shave oil, skin, scalp and hair deep-conditioner. *

Externally, you may apply Body Engine Oil directly to any area of your skin and hair.  If you have dry or blended skin, you may allow the oil to settle on the skin and fully absorb, for maximum moisturizing.  Those with oily skin, we recommend rubbing into the skin, then wiping off, for best results. *
